You should submit three copies of the completed application form together with three copies of each plan that forms part of your application. This number is necessary in order to enable the Principal Planning Officer to carry out the necessary consultations he has to make.
Once a valid application has been received, the Principal Planning Officer will carry out the consultations he deems appropriate. If necessary the Principal Planning Officer may ask you or your agent for additional information relating to your proposal if this is needed before a decision can be made.
You should normally have received the decision on your application within eight weeks and that decision may be approved, with or without conditions or it may be refused. The reasons for refusal have to be clearly stated. Should you be aggrieved by the terms of the decision you have a right of appeal to the Executive Council.
