Foster Care Recruitment

Written by: Daphne Hodge

February 01, 2008

The Department of Social Development has begun a recruitment drive to increase its cadre of Foster Carers. The demand for Foster Carers is increasing daily as many children are deprived of the care essential for their proper development.  This appeal therefore goes out to all caring and capable persons on Anguilla who are willing to open their hearts and homes to children in need of care and protection.

If you are interested or know someone who may be contact can be made with the Department of Social Development at 497 2317 / 497 5917 or send your e-mail to social_development.mailbox@gov.ai

Thanks in advance

Mrs. Daphne Hodge

Director, Family & Social Services
